Tour the Surplus Warehouse

One of the most useful procurement resources that you may have never heard of is the Federal Government Surplus program administered by Pennsylvania’s own Bureau of Surplus. Do you ever wonder what happens to all the stuff that you “voluntarily” relinquish to the TSA to get on an airplane? You’ll be fascinated at what’s collected and we have it!  Join a member from our Bureau of Surplus for a 45-minute guided tour of Pennsylvania’s Surplus warehouse, including the famous TSA Room. You’ll find an incredible variety of new and (mostly) slightly used furniture, office supplies, equipment, vehicles, computers, cameras and more - most available to COSTARS members for just a service fee! It’s convenient and less than five minutes from the Farm Show Complex.

Tour Schedule:

Wednesday and Thursday:  Shuttle departs from Farm Show Complex at 10:45 am and returns at 11:45 am; Shuttle departs from Farm Show Complex at 1:15 pm and returns at 2:15 pm.  Sign up when you arrive at the Registration Counters located in the Maclay Street Lobby Entrance.
